We could try taxing corporations again. Just a thought.

  We do tax corporations in America, at a rate which is in the middle of the pack worldwide.

  Or just the critically undersupported infra fail. The world will not end, and the money will magically appear out of thin air, guaranteed, and the public wouldn't even have to pay for it. I do realize that living without uber eats/electronic banking/social media for a few days is unfortunately, untenable for the vast majority of the population.

  Corporate taxes are passed on to consumers. It will still be individual citizens paying for it.
