FWIW, in trying to explain the various ways machine learning can go awry to our business users, I recently discovered the "AI Incident Database" (https://incidentdatabase.ai/ https://incidentdatabase.ai/).
It's full of interesting gaffes AIs make and while it looks like this one hasn't been submitted yet, I assume it'll be there soon.
