This is a great and much-needed article. Before I moved to SF, I lived in Seattle and had to make an effort to get more involved in tech. In SF, things are reversed: with a roommate in YC, another at Getaround, and a startup of my own, it takes work to escape it. As a community, I think we should discuss this (mental health in the echo chamber) a lot more.
