...and also means that (a) your battery will be heated ready for a fast charge when you arrive, (b) the charger will likely actually be in operation, and (c) you can start charging your car as soon as you plug in without messing around with apps or cards. Here in the UK at least, you still don't reliably get (b) or (c) with non-Tesla chargers. Though that is seemingly starting to change.
