I’ve been taking a GLP1. I find it a fascinating experience. Since reaching the max dose, I’ve found I cannot eat a lot of carbs, especially bread or anything remotely like it (muffins, scones, etc). It makes me so super sick that I have miniature panic attacks that I’m dying if I eat bread.
