    The other extreme end of it though, is that we're morally obligated to force everyone into treatment, whether it helps or not. Cancer? Forced treatment. Gay? Forced treatment. Left-handed? Forced treatment. It's for your own good so you don't deserve a choice.

    Straw man. Nobody is suggesting euthanasia as the first line of treatment.
