I remember reading the identical points made about millennials when we were coming up, in comparison to genx. It's almost if it's about how old experienced people interpret young inexperienced people, and not a generational marketing buzzword aligned concept. FWIW the zoomers I work with seem, apart from the fact that they watch tiktok, basically identical to how I remember being new in the field.
