I'm surprised after all day nobody mentions paella. Definitely not a starter recipe but still, rather well-known is it not?
- AdmiralAsshat 3y agoPaella usually requires a specialized pan to do it properly, which most people might not have, so I thought the bouillabaisse might be easier for people just looking to try saffron out.
