How are those "acceptable" collateral deaths not war crimes?

- stale2002 3y agoTo actually answer your question, it is because the word "genocide" has a very specific meaning that is different from "They did something bad". You can think that what they are doing is bad, but thats unrelated to the highly specific claim of genocide, which requires specific intent.
