I have done experiments with music that responds to movements of a car and the side effect was that it inadvertently gamified driving, and the driver made increasingly risky and aggressive maneuvers. Doing things for the art-of-it that involves cars on public roads is extremely dangerous territory. It will eventually kill someone, driver, passenger, pedestrian, so I would advise finding a safer application for your expertise and avoid the whole killy death thing and legal quagmire that awaits if you keep going in this direction.
