One must note that epicenter is in Hualien. The small city near the Taroko National Park. Which is know to be beautiful and subject to rock falls. I think it will be close tomorrow. There is also a power plant there but I guess it will be fine.> Edit: A lot of the victims are from rock falls. The others part are from falling building. It's really sad.
