You and the others are missing the whole point. This isn’t meant to be an Unreal or Unity replacement. And besides that point, what is wrong with the “kid” stuff. A bunch of masterpieces have been created in such kid stuff. Celeste, Hotline Miami, and Dead Cells come to mind. I can’t wait for the day that actual kids are building their own cross platform game engines on a better tech foundation.
