- Influence: Contribute to decisions and influence how we operate.
- Project Selection: Only accept projects you're interested in.

- qatanah 3y agoYour hiring page is so cool! Love it!
- MisterSandman 3y agoBut a pain to use on phones.
- przadka 3y agoThanks!
- krmboya 3y agoTried your puzzle recently but was overwhelmed by the interface since I'm not used to programming in such an environment. But just as one is getting the hang of it time is ticking and test expires. Maybe allow a take 2 or recommend practice on the test environment in advance, otherwise you have to try after a year
- przadka 3y agoThank you for your feedback. There is a practice test available at this link, where you can familiarize yourself with the environment: https://evalground.com/online-coding-test.html https://evalground.com/online-coding-test.html
- kjkjkjkjkjkhlhh 3y agoHey, I did the test few weeks ago, but failed. When could I give it another try? I have around 5y of Python experience (11 of career), but haven't touched it in the last 2y, so I'm a bit rusty.
- przadka 3y agoThere is a one year cool down period.
- Reef 3y agoThe test checks whether you have the skills and performance of a senior python backend developer and as you say, at the time of taking it, you didn't have the required proficiency. You can apply 365 days after your last application, though please note that you have to be better than the last time.
