It looks like something out or Robocop. The problem is LA is like that now, Oakland is worse, East bay cities are bad too. Central Valley has homeless all over too. The only cities that seem to be free of it are Palo Alto, Saratoga, Marin, Montecito, Palos Verdes, etc.--essentially the super rich enclaves that can afford to pay the homeless to go somewhere else or have the police harass them into moving somewhere less amenable.
