AI art is made by humans. Everything an AI model produces is made by humans. Taking a great big dataset of art made by humans and producing a composite work using code written by humans, on hardware made and designed by humans, to a prompt decided by a human, it's humans all the way down. At some point maybe we'll make an AI that can make it's own creative decisions for reasons other than a random seed.
