Do political mailing lists get through in the first place? I don't live in the US, but someone must've sold one of my throwaway gmail addresses thinking I did. Every couple of months I end up checking its spam folder and it's just a daily barrage of spam from both DNC and RNC, 1-2 emails per day like clockwork. None of them ever got through to the inbox though.
