- GaryNumanVevo 3y agoIt might not translate for US folks, but the concept of "Gedoogbeleid" (loosely tolerance) applies here. Personal consumption of weed is decriminalized. Coffeeshops have strict rules they have to follow or the police will shut down their stores, this varies by town and region.
