Stop making excuses, a large part of the world does not have an obesity epidemic. Ozempic has it's uses but only a very small percentage of the population actuality need it. Same goes for the masses of men over 30 that think they need testosterone replacement therapy. Unless you abused steroids or you have an underlying issues that prevents your gonads from working you do not need it. In fact a major factor in low testosterone is excessive body weight.
