What is Bruce Perens planning with the 'Post-Open Administration'?
He stated that he wants to overcome the shortcomings of The GPL and OSI licenses (https://www.theregister.com/2023/12/27/bruce_perens_post_open/ https://www.theregister.com/2023/12/27/bruce_perens_post_ope...), but it is not clear yet what he is planning?
Could this be some kind of legal consortium that would give the Post-Open License(s) teeth? For example, suing or demanding license enforcement far beyond what current licenses do?
