Lol take home assignments? What are you trying to get into a high school class? I'd go find a different employer. Unless they are gonna pay for the time to do said take home assignment? Double time min for out-of hours work. Are they going to provide a RDO to makeup for the outside of hours work/shift going overtime? It's unsafe to operate without enough sleep and if ive banged out 8 hours on some assignment after a 8 hour day you better believe im not turning up tomorrow. I'm not making myself liable for unsafe operations just for your incapacity to hire enough people to get a job done in allocated working hours.
