Not just VPN/VPS proxy access. They block my home residential IP too if I'm not using a megacorp browser. I opened a ticket about this a couple months ago and despite a few auto-replies assuring me they'd look into it and get back I've received nothing and nothing has changed. Their ticket system is just there as a tar-pit to dissuade people from contacting them.
