I go into the duvet cover with the duvet. Hold the two upper corners, put the duvet cover over your head, attach each corner of the duvet to the corresponding corner in the duvet cover (I buy ones with strings for this purpose). Then extricate yourself, hold the corners you just attached, shake vigorously, handle fine alignment of the bottom corners, and button the thing up. I am sure people will make fun of this but I get it done in a minute (buttoning all the buttons at the bottom is the hardest part), and I do wash it every 2 weeks, so... poke fun all you want, at least I'm not rolling around in filth from a month ago.
