I'm more convinced that getting kids involved in team sports is probably the best way to go, and honestly those are things are that are more common/practical in suburban environments than urban ones because sports facilities are cheaper to build and more plentiful. Can't be holding a cellphone while practicing a sport, requires effort and concentration, and face to face socializing.
