Half of Russian-made Baikal chips are defective
- RecycledEle 3y agoThis article has a horrible title. Many chip fabs have a defect rate far, far above 50%. The text of the article says the packaging kills 50% of the chips, which is uncommon. Given the stories about the bad old days in the Soviet Union, where mamy defective parts were shipped, I am unsure whether the blame is with the packaging or insufficient testing before shipping chips to be packaged.
