Familial Alzheimer's disease transferred via bone marrow transplant in mice
- JPLeRouzic 3y agoI posted this link as a few weeks ago it was learned that 5 patients in UK were infected with Alzheimer's disease, which was previously thought impossible. Here it's a bit different as researchers demonstrated rapid development of Alzheimer's disease pathology post bone marrow transplantation in an Alzheimer's disease mice model. The mice would have anyway developed the disease, but much more slowly.
