That's clearly not the direction of travel. Closed source products are not being released as SSSL because some bigCo wants to open up/create community/whatever
What happens is that VC invests into successful open source community projects and then tightens the license. It's the enclosures all over again.

- glutamate 3y agoI think we are in furious agreement. SSPL &friends suck, if you see it, fork.
- endisneigh 3y agoNot quite - if you do care, you can fork. I wouldn’t host as a third party service so it wouldn’t affect my projects either way.
