It doesn’t threaten you. They aren’t stealing your white collar job, but there are manual jobs that do still need to be done. These young folks deserve a better environment to grow up in and raise their families over time.
My grandfather came over from Italy literally with no shoes on.
- PKop 3y agoSo all I hear is selling the idea in terms of how it benefits the people coming here. No, I think our children "deserve" to be passed on a country that is the best it can be in terms of wealth, power, quality of life, cost of living, political stability, low crime, high literacy etc. Turning the country from a 96% literacy rate to 79%, increasing crime, and welfare costs, and increasing tribal politics is a dereliction of duty to them.
- JojoFatsani 3y agoI think there is enough opportunity in this country for my kids, your kids, and immigrant kids. We’ve done this before, the only difference this wave is skin color.
