If these times don't work for you, I can accommodate your schedule!" And yet very few people would come. And then I'd get feedback at the end of the semester that I "was never available to help." You need to constantly remind your students of your regular office hours, always be there (e.g., a live webcam they see by clicking on a link,) and have a lot of office hours at easy to remember times.
