Think the comments are missing the point it a bit - it was Royal Mail _themselves_ who provided these "counterfeit" stamps.
- michaelmrose 3y agoI like the theory someone else offered of other people "using up" the numbers o pre-existing stamps which would be feasible if the numbers were predictable.
