- woooooo 3y agoA CIA office jam packed with SIGINT capabilities and there's zero hard evidence of this microwave weapon. Just a bunch of anecdotal symptoms that sound like a hangover. My evaluation and analysis capabilities don't include just believing whatever the CIA says.
