The research laboratory is located in Menlo Park, Calif., in walking distance to the San Francisco to San Jose commuter rail line on 63 of Silicon Valley’s most valuable acres. Are they saying that they'll raise the money by doing real estate development? Could work, they certainly don't need all of the 63 acres. Or maybe they don't need any of those 63 acres? They could sell all of it off and move SRI/PARC to some much cheaper area of the country.
