im surprised so many are against it. I think it should be mandatory, and include phone calls and letters as well. We cant force everyone to read the art of deception. But we can force banks to educate their users.
- lifestyleguru 3y agoI'd rather prefer banks don't trim passwords implicitly and don't force clients to use their lousy apps working only with the latest mobile OS's and immediately invalidating any previous versions of their lousy mobile apps.
