I mean. For a time, I couldn’t use discord for game parties cause 99% of the time, it was just man-children yelling n-bombs. I can very much see why people might’ve wanted some clean up.

But that's just a question of which kind of discord servers you're in. That stuff is still going to happen, you just won't be invited to those servers. I never encountered that in discord and I've been using it daily since early 2016.
