You are describing tragedy of individual action. Similar story to protesting in Russia. Or using a bicycle instead of a car. Or perhaps climate change, and a few others
- mlrtime 3y agoThis is a horrible idea, the city does not care about paying damages. The taxpayers pay it, not the city agencies. NYC pays out BILLIONS every year in real and garbage claims.
