I think this blog post is a great example of the really sad state of package managers. It uses a bunch of them: * firefox extensions * pacman/yay * flatpak * prezto * goenv * fnm * cargo Then it also installs some applications manually: * nvidia-inst * insomnia The fact that people have to go through this many to get everything one wants feels like a shortcoming of everything else.
