Agree with everything you said except "transit is already great". Subway could be greatly improved, and taxing congestion is one way to address that.

Agree with everything you said except "transit is already great". Subway could be greatly improved, and taxing congestion is one way to address that.
- galdosdi 3y agoYeah, true, great is too strong a word. But, it is great _compared_ to driving, in terms of point A to point B on time performance, other than very late at night, which is the only time you can get around faster in a car (but will likely still struggle with parking)
