Show HN: Upload a CSV file, get a Machine Learning model in 1 minute
Hello!
So, I am experimenting with new approaches to automated machine learning, where you don't need anything besides either data or prompt
This is a first platform from my auto ml serie called Łukasiewicz (Jan Łukasiewicz was a logician who created Polish notation)
I much appreciate your feedback and if you want to try it out, I created a -75% off promo code "HACKERNEWS" on credits, so it hopefully will cover at least some of computing expenses, but more importantly will let you play with the platform at almost no cost

- anitil 3y agoI liked the demo! I have a couple of suggestions to make it a bit clearer - A youtube video is likely better, your video had constant spam comments and downvotes cluttering the screen. Loom itself seems kind of junky. If it takes a few minutes to generate the model, have something to say during this time. In youtube you could say 'skip forward to XX time' and overlay the timestamp, but I think showing real-time is _very impressive_ and useful for knowing how much effort I will need to expend. I'd love to see an end-to-end example of 'here is some data about X or Y', 'I upload it and (after some time) here is my model files' followed by 'now I will use it to do ... something'. I have some example data I would like to try but I'm not really sure if it would work
- yu3zhou4 3y agoThank you so much for the comment, I think you’re on point and I’ll work on a better end-to-end demo on YouTube. Perhaps it will be scripted, but certainly more informative :)
- unstatusthequo 3y agoThe page could use some information about security, privacy, data storage, data retention, use, etc. Might be fun to try but I can't upload any real data there without cleansing it from any identifying information. That could be a barrier to use and testing for users.

- StableAlkyne 3y agoThis is a very cool project! Are there any details on what is going on under the hood? AutoML is a neat field that's had some good results in the last decade, and I've seen it mean anything from symbolic regression, to neural architecture search, to just selecting a model from a subset
- yu3zhou4 3y agoThanks a lot! Hopefully I’ll be able to share more details in form of a blog post or short paper later this year I’d like to not share actual details yet, since this platform is a starting point of a broader research and development I’m doing on my own in the area of automl
- wsabihi 3y agoIf I input a CSV with columns A, B, C and D, what is this generated model actually learning?
