- prmph 3y agoThe woman who posted the review faces jail; she is not actually jailed yet. Not sure why HN changed the original title, which in my view is more accurate.
- mingus88 3y agoAccording to the article she was arrested and spent the night in a leaky cell with no place to sit. I’d consider that to be “jailed” no? I think it could be reasonable to sue someone in civil court for a false/damaging review but actual arrest and detainment is shocking

- r00fus 3y agoThis is the dystopia we will get if we don't restrain the corporate powers. Given how judges can be essentially bought here in the US and police moonlight for big corporations, we're not far away.
