Yeah if one wealthy family threatens to sue the school district over emotional distress because their kid has an accident that would have easily been avoided if they could have gone to the bathroom for a third time that day this is going to be all over.
And that's good thing, this is insane helicoptering.
- kayodelycaon 3y agoThere are have been lawsuits and schools have lost. And people have protested to the school board. People have been fired. School board members have been removed. These events show up every once in a while in the media. Yet, these policies are nearly universal. These schools will go right back to doing the same thing after the attention dies down.
