I adore the clear rules Oxide has on their webpage regarding scope of where they hire from. I'll admit that to this day Github has been a bit of sore memory spot with how they publicly were all "we hire internationally and remote" but for a long time wouldn't publish that "internationally" meant "here's a small list of countries that applies to". Now if only I believed I had a chance to pass the interviews :D
