From my experience, Claude 3 Opus is subpar compared to GPT-4 and Mistral Large. Mistral Large is competitive against GPT-4 in coding tasks.

  How do you use Mistral in your coding tasks ? Is it connected to your IDE ? Does it only take an API key to use it ?

    Nothing fancy, I’m using the chat interface. The only thing connected to my IDE is Copilot (which seems subpar to all of the above?).

      As far as I can tell Copilot autocomplete is still using gpt-3.5-turbo. Copilot Chat uses GPT-4.

  Okay, my results keep changing, it's hard to tell. Just tried some coding tasks that GPT-4 couldn't complete compared to Claude 3 Opus. It's a very close competition right now.
