im building a simple service catalog available in slack. it lets you fuzzy search any service name (eg. payments or billing because naming is hard) and get back which team owns it, their working hours, runbook link ect. so you can answer who owns this? with 1 command.
I'm still playing around with what pain points to solve for staff in large orgs s o any suggestions on what annoys you would be super helpful.
