"Zstd 1.5.6 brings a new stable parameter "ZSTD_c_targetCBlockSize" for better handling incremental updates within web browsers"
Anyone have info on how browsers are supposedly doing incremental cache updates? All I can find is google sdch which appears to be abandoned, also some references to vcdiff in google system updates
