Outstanding progress on a 30-year-old design.
Especially outstanding when you consider all those previous guys in their Spitfires and Messerschmitt 109s.
Even more outstanding again is the years and money wasted for 3 (THREE!) whole seconds of shooting.
- ambichook 3y agoamazing progress on a weapon thats entirely redundant on a modern battlefield, if the f35 is ever in a situation where it can get guns on an enemy, many things have gone horribly wrong and it would honestly be much better to chuck a 9x at the target or, even better, have lobbed an AMRAAM at them at 40nm there's a reason that the B and C variants don't have a gun
