Calm down, this was passed a few months ago. You do realize people don't keep up with the ballot initiatives in every state on every election. And that there is an overwhelm stream of information to digest? I was in Ohio just a year ago and it did seem radical, and that was first person observation. So not a huge 'contempt before investigation'. But, to be fair, I was in the countryside, and I did not run my own state wide Gallup Poll.
