I suppose that the small subset of people who can manage to survive in Ohio with only a bicycle must neatly overlap with the small subset of people who have had their license suspended as a punishment for debt, then, since that's the only way that these words of yours support your greater concept. (And I've been that person, in Ohio. AMA.)
