- FrustratedMonky 3y agoI stand corrected. Nov 2023. This was so recent I had not realized. 2-3 years ago I though Ohio was one of the crazy right wing states. I guess things have shifted. (and not just reading about it, I was traveling there at the time of the miscarriages issue, and there were ton of Trump flags in yards, so guess I can assume some) https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-constitution/section-1.22 https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-constitution/section-1.22 https://ohiocapitaljournal.com/2023/11/08/abortion-is-now-a-constitutional-right-in-ohio-but-the-work-isnt-done/ https://ohiocapitaljournal.com/2023/11/08/abortion-is-now-a-...
- vuln 3y agoThat’s called contempt before investigation. Lots of assumptions, imagine what else your could be wildly wrong about due to your lack of knowledge, understanding and research.
- FrustratedMonky 3y agoCalm down, this was passed a few months ago. You do realize people don't keep up with the ballot initiatives in every state on every election. And that there is an overwhelm stream of information to digest? I was in Ohio just a year ago and it did seem radical, and that was first person observation. So not a huge 'contempt before investigation'. But, to be fair, I was in the countryside, and I did not run my own state wide Gallup Poll.
