- toomuchtodo 3y agoWe stage interventions for drug and alcohol abuse, but not screen time, when the dopamine hit is the same. Like driving while using a cellphone (which impairs you cognitively to the same extent as a blood alcohol level sufficient to receive a DUI, .08), we know it’s causing enormous problems, we just don’t care enough to do anything about it.
