Very strange numbers that make me think this is an incomplete analysis that follows “find the data to support your hypothesis” pattern. Seems fully remote and fully in person were similarly compensated last year and saw different increases this year, but hybrid comes with lower salaries than both. Either the job classification isn’t correct or there’s other things at play.
