I use Bitwarden for passwords and 2FA (browser plugin, Android app for mobile). Definitely not recommended by anyone security focused, but these 2fa are forced onto me by different platforms and not something I chose/care. There should be desktop authenticator software. If I can have one on Linux I'm sure all the other desktop OSs have at least 1.
